Frank Aiken – IRA man, anti-Treatyite, politician, TD, Minister, Tanaiste, champion of nuclear non-proliferation and… Inventor! Frank Aiken was a very creative individual, had a farm in Sandyford and filed a number of patents over his life.
Rob Goodbody takes a look at Frank Aiken’s creativity. Mr. Goodbody is a built heritage consultant, historian, president of Rathmichael Historical Society & a founding member of the Industrial Heritage Association of Ireland. He is the author of over 40 publications.
